PROSECUTORS could not establish the exact time of Nazrin Hassan’s alleged murder, which led to the acquittal of his widow Samirah Muzaffar and two teenagers today, lead defence counsel Muhammad Shafee Abdullah said.
Commenting on Justice Ab Karim’s exoneration of the trio, Shafee said the time stated by the prosecutors was not concurrent with the findings of Hospital Kuala Lumpur forensic medicine consultant Dr Siew Sheue Feng.
